Why worry about tomorrow when we can live for today?

Remember man’s dream, to find his feet in life then his wings. Every day is a new step on the journey of rediscovering the secrets of our ancestors. The knowledge which lies already within us. To explore each day is to explore that infinite universe that exists within us and all around us.

However each day attempts to sweep us up and submerge us in the ebbs and flows of time, drowned and devoured every time we try to go against the tides of change and claim ‘but this reality must be the REAL reality!’. Don’t let yourself become submerged by the crashing waves of time and space. Realise your dreams, find your wings and soar like the Condor. Find the cosmic uplifts we all seek and and once you have, stretch out your wings and let the winds glide you where ever they may wish. Don’t fear, you are in safe hands.

Return to man’s rightful place, with your head amongst the stars. Man was born free and in death, we are released into freedom, yet too often we convince ourselves our chains around our ankles and the clips on our wings are real and indestructible. Then the universe provides us with what the mystics used to call epiphany moments, when our eyes are finally opened. Those moments we stand and stare in great wonder and awe as the earth below us rises up and makes those mountainous peeks where once the gods did roam. Those moments we stand motionless, hypnotised by the heavenly bodies above. Those moments when we glare into the deep mysteries and hidden worlds that lie below us in the great seas and oceans. Those moments a breeze of wind glides by and subtly penetrates and refreshes our very essence. Those moments when the lasting red embers of the old sun god illuminates our deepest darkest recesses.

In those moments, those epiphany moments (which happen every day if you allow them) - we transcend the illusion of life and death. We become conscious of our existence, not just as reality perceivers, but as reality creators. We are the old gods who once roamed the mountain peeks. We are the Condor, soaring through the heavens on the winds of change. Those dieing embers of the old sun god are made of the very damn thing we are! No wonder in those moments we are so illuminated. We are all star Gods after all.

The ancients searched for the source of their illumination - what they called God - on top of the highest mountains, the depths of the darkest seas, in the heavens above. But as we searched and reached the place of the God’s, what we found was ourselves in our truest forms. In the hidden form, passed from our ancestors that we try to remember within ourselves every day - pure manifested free energy of infinite possibilities and potential. What we call today - creativity. A force that knows no bounds, that has no borders, no master and no slaves. This is the secret passed down to us from the ancients in search of the old gods. We contain within us the same source of illumination as the old sun kings. We are the new sun kings, the new shamans, the higher consciousness, the very Godhead we have searched for and worshiped for countless thousands of years.

The universe is not something external to us. It is the very thing we are made of. The universe knows no limits, has no bounds. The universe has no agenda for you or me. We are not some pawn in someone else’s game. We are the game makers and we can make the rules as we go. We can bound our weak and vulnerable in chains and leave them out to die as we continue to do, or we can stop it. The game is up to us.

So lets take our place as the original creators once more and stop seeking for him (God singular? what a ridiculous idea! You really think one God would be so foolish to take the blame for everything that went wrong down here?) in the heavens above. We are the blessed creators, the immortal men and women who can take away the sins of the world…should we want to. Together we are omnipresent,omnipotent, good and evil and everything else in between. Just as within every atom lies a universe, within every neuron lies infinite possibilities.

Just a funny thought, if God is above us as he is always portrayed to be, is he still above you on the other side of the planet? That would mean God is shaped like a donut and the Devil lives in the core of the earth. It kinda worked better when you could still get away with believing in a flat earth. Considering how many of us are supposedly going to hell according to most Christians, Muslims, Jews and other cults, there doesn’t seem to be very much room for us all down there in hell. Maybe Hell is only preserved for the people that only believe in Hell because they think they will go to it if they don’t? I mean if God really does exists, given the nature of the world, he’s surely got a twisted sarcastic side right? (Read Philip K. Dick - VALIS for more some more interesting observations about God from a genius who loves to play in the realms of mania)

To step out of the Matrix isn’t to step into a world infinitely worse than this, for the matrix and all other realities exist simultaneously. The matrix is, in the words of Philip K. Dick, just a “hypostasis of the information processed by the mind”. So your mind has created your own matrix, your own internal universe made up from the best possible assumptions from the constant flow on information to your brain at any one moment in time. To step free from that Matrix seems like an impossibility as one would have to step free from ones own brain. In fact this is what Quantum Physics has rediscovered, just as the alchemists knew of old. That there is no objective standpoint from which to observe the universe. One cannot remove themselves from their primary observation and processing tool - their own brain. So every observation in science must be subjective only, as it must include the brain filter. This is what causes such anomalies in modern science( if you don’t know it already, look up the double slit experiment), because we have yet to catch up with the fact the objective world, is something that either does not exist, or is something we are so abstracted from, we can never really understand.

This knowledge is not as frustrating as it may seem. This knowledge can be the knowledge that gives you the power to break free from your illusions every day. We only act the way we do because we have programmed ourselves to act that way, not because of some objective truths we cannot change. We can reprogram our brains. Break free of restrictions and find our wings. If you want to see this in action, take 5 minutes every day to stare at the first object your eyes happen to land on. If you have seen that patch of wall, or lamp a million times or if you have never paid it any attention before, if you look at it for even 2 minutes without question, i promise you, you will see something beautiful. Because new information, new perspectives, new ideas are beautiful. There is beauty all around us, we just choose to shut most of it out every moment and instead choose to get on with the mundane tasks we assign to every day life. But if you do this at least once a day, you will soon realise that you are the Zen master who makes the grass green; who paints the entire universe; who gives meaning and structure to every object, every value, every act of the passage of time. As Nietzche said ” We are better artists than we think”

So as I sit on this roof, under the gazing eyes of the Goliath mountains to my north, under the protective glow of the clouds above, surrounded and uplifted by the gentle winds around me; I dream of the mystical Condor soaring overhead and her message from above as i try every day to find my own wings and one day soar with her…

Rationalising the Irrational

Is there a roof on the universe?

Do we live in a walled garden of galaxies and stardust?

Do we live within a bubble,the edges of which we may never see?

Or are we floating out into an endless abis?

Where time and space have no prelude and no conclusion

Do we live in an limitless universe of infinite expanse?

People have pondered this for thousands of years. Anyone who dared to think the earth was not the centre of the universe for years was burnt at the stake. Since then however, our horizons have elevated to new depths and distances. Across stars and galaxies, dark matter and quantum conundrums. But the question still arises, is the universe infinite?

The universe is infinite

The universe is material

The universe must contain all possible material things

Including an exact copy of me

Including an infinite amount of exact copies of me

My problem : false assumption that because the universe is infinite, it contains every possible thing.

Just because the universe is infinite, doesnt mean, energy is infinite (theres no proof that it is)

Just because the universe is infinite, this does not equate that it contains everything.

The concept of everything has a quantitive value (if you add all the things up you get everything)

Infinity has no quantitive value or mathematical grounding. Infinity can be everything and nothing at the same time and anything in between. Just because the universe is infinite, that doesn’t mean its inconceivably big, it just means its inconceivable, as it has no size. It is neither big nor small, but both and neither at the same time.

So to say the universe is infinite

therefore it must be so big that it contains everything doesn’t make sense as it uses a mathematical concept - ‘everything’ in relation to an unequivocal non mathematical concept - infinite.
